Ghinwa and I arrived in Paris last Thursday, and spent 4 days exploring the city by foot and stomach. We did the Eiffel Tower, first by day and then by night when Ghinwa's relatives gave us a thrilling twilight driving tour of Paris. Our main reason for coming here was to attend the wedding of two of our dear friends, Mesrob and Tekla, last Saturday. The ceremony was held in a beautiful Armenian Church, not too far from the Champs-Elysees. After taking photos outside of Notre Dame, we ate dinner on the Seine. For me, the most touching moment came after Mesrob's mom gave her speech. She went to give Mesrob a hug and at that moment, a picture flashed on the screen of her and her son from 30 years ago. She pointed at it, smiled, and then embraced the new groom.

| Ghinwa can't get enough of the lampposts in this city. |

| Do you see the Mona Lisa? |

|
| Neither did we! |

|
| In the Louvre. |

| Who said the Parisians are the only ones with fashion sense? |

| Ghinwa shows off the attitude that won Versailles (in the background) and Louis XIV much contempt in the 17th and 18th centuries. |
