We had a lovely couple of days on Prince Edward Island -- definitely a spot we'll be returning to, hopefully with friends and family. Beautiful countryside -- lush, verdant, and rolling expanses. And there's a reason it's so green, which we found out when we went for a bike ride along the northern tip of PEI, called
North Cape. Within an hour, we found ourselves on the receiving end of an absolute downpour. But our rain jackets and rain pants were up for the task, and somehow we came out the other end smiling and ready for ice cream!

| We missed the chocolate festival by a day. We'll need the chocolate therapy to help us recover. |
